The beautiful sun wakes me up as the sunlight pass through my room’s window and it touches my fair skin. Today is the first day of being a College Student. My mom cooked a heavy yet very nutritious break fast.
“May Breakfast is ready you will be late for school,” Mom said.
“I’m coming,” I answered.
I ate the breakfast hastily. I take a bath and get ready for school.
My Dad is the one to accompany me in school like an elementary student. But, it doesn’t bother me because it will lessen my transportation expenses.
We arrived at school 7:45am and my class will start at 8am. I find the room 310.I sat in a nearby seat near at the door. I waited patiently and try not to be talkative because it’s first day I don’t know if who they are and what they are.
Until Mr. Roman, our class adviser and Zoo Lecture and Laboratory teacher, came he just said that he was not a terror teacher because many terror teacher comes from CAS so we just laugh about it. He said that the Laboratory time will be omitted so we have a great time to meet up with my classmate. I first meet with my two classmates Jean Koleen and Remee Anne. They said that we should company each other because we don’t have yet any acquaintance. After along Break we go again to our room to meet with our English and finally with our Filipino teacher. I just got home and talked with my mother about my first day.
Next day comes, Chemistry Teacher Mrs. Eve is our dearest teacher she was also a RMT so it doesn’t bother us whether she’s a terror or not. I meet new classmate today like Elmayie, Barbie and Gela. We eat in a nearby fast food chain with my new acquaintance. It’s been a fun day with anew circle of friends and beside its fun to have a many friends.
Next Day comes and it’s time once again for Monday Schedule, but this time we have a new classmates as in new. He was sitting in a seat next to a window gossips can be heard anywhere. Our Class President Remz came and asked Mary Joy who is that guy. Katy said that he was a new classmate I try to glimpse to look at our new classmate and he was an odd man. He was just looking to the floor like a man who has stiffed neck.
Our teacher (should I say Professor), Mr. Roman, come and he asked our new classmate what is his name. As long as I know he said that his name is Jerry Daniel but they just call him Daniel, he also said that he thought that the first day begins at Monday. The room burst out laughing because of what he has said. “What an odd man,” I just said to myself. Break time starts, after 30 minutes of Break time I saw Daniel together now with Remz and Mary Joy which they called Majo. Now, its Laboratory time and we’re going to have a group. I’m on the 5th Group together with Elmayie, Eanica, Remz and Ate Carina. We have six groups. The talkative Remz asked many things about me maybe it was his style of meeting new friends. He also asked his seatmate Eanica and hugged it like a pillow. While Elmayie and I because were already friends we talked much. After a short discussion we have a practical on Microscope. Elmayie and I get the microscope because we have our ID now unlike my other classmate who doesn’t have any ID. After that fun-filled Laboratory time, boredom kills me in English time as we have now our permanent Cheating arrangement. My seat is in first row together with Sherwin and my other classmate. The powerful voice of our Filipino teacher waked our classmates’ sleepy eyes when she talked.
Next day comes, Mrs. Eve has now Problems in Chemistry it’s time now for Scientific Calculator. I don’t know why on first week we already have that intense discussion also on that time we have the official Class Officers.
After that we have our Laboratory time, It was fun. After that we have now our Psychology, We had a brief discussion and after that, time for our BORING MATHEMATICS time. Boredom fills the room as he talked in a solemn and sleepy voice. The sleepy tone gave us many yawns. My classmates are all yawning because of boredom. The Boredom changed when Remz asked many question to avoid or daily quiz.
Next Day comes and we have to arrive an early time because of our NSTP. Our first class starts at 7am and it will end at 12nn. After our NSTP class, we waited for our teacher to come in our room because we don’t know where our PE class will be held. Until, we come up to an idea of going to Gym. Fortunately, our PE teacher is not mad about it. We have a sort discussion and she gave us an assignment of bringing a PE uniform because it doesn’t have any available PE yet.
First Week is finally over. I already have they’re numbers and I already have talked in some of them. So maybe it’s a good start in this year. The first week is a happy and challenging as I started to adjust in the new chapter of my life.
Second Week gave us a lot of trouble when someone stole money from our treasurer’s hand or maybe the treasurer itself used the money to buy a new rubber shoes. In either way, we need to pay the P2750 in order to get our PE uniform. It was a happy thought because unity and our bond became close we even do have some few friends.
Third Week of June and my classmates is now adjusted of being a College student we already finished the problem before the time has come. We pass the first month with jubilee in our small hearts.
Fourth Week of June and the story are meant to happen.

July starts with a liberty in my heart. Our teachers gave us many activities one of these is a skit about Language.
My group mates were Daniel, Paul, Jayson, Marie Ella, Regine and me.
Were going to have a Heavy Drama were Marie and Daniel is going to be the lead Character while me is Lenny is somewhat a Supporting Character.
Maybe Daniel got a little crush on me. I don’t know exactly what’s happening. I don’t know if the feeling of Daniel is really Love or just a Crush. It doesn’t bother me. Until, NSTP project arrived, Remz saw something because of a fan. It’s a silly thing showing someone’s affection through a thing like a fan. Remz grows more curious about it. He asked Daniel about it. He texted me on that Night and asked whether Daniel already show some sign of “courtship” on me. I just said none. He just said I am numb with a little smile on his face. He came up an idea of making him jealous I a week. If it doesn’t bother me, then e will do it. I just said yes because it was fun and besides it doesn’t bother me.
Monday comes, and the courtship sign become clearer. He shows it now. He already accompanied me. Remz on the other hand made some annoying things that Daniel made him annoyed.
Days, comes and somewhat I’m falling in love now with him. Maybe my affection became clearer. I don’t know if it’s Love but one thing is for sure, I already have feeling on him.
As July is bidding goodbye, the affection of Daniel is not fading but now became stronger.
Maybe Destiny are really true as August comes, Mrs. Eve told us about an intermission number that will give us additional plus in Chemistry and Zoology. I immediately asked Carlene about it and she said that were going to dance. So I think of a song until I came up to the song “Love You So” I prepared some dance steps that boys’ step will differ from girls’ step. I made some choreography step and I taught it to my group mates. At first, Remz is my partner but because he is the partner of Gela. Daniel takes placed and became now my partner. I don’t know if Remz really do that or he doesn’t feel any leader thing at that moment.
August is also the time of confession. My Dad knows that Daniel is courting me. Also, my Mom knew about it. They just said that “Study first”. Maybe it lessens the hope of Daniel of being answered by me but on the other hand, my Parents knew the courtship thing so it becomes an advantage. Also August become the getting to know month. We have a (slight) date. I know Daniel even better of how he eat, his attitude of being possessive (shouldn’t I tell that). And he called me (Should I really write it down or never mind).
Anyway his strength and weaknesses are now clear to me. I don’t know what other can call my feeling but one thing is for sure. I definitely have a feeling on him. Maybe it’s Love, Maybe it’s Infatuation. I become showy of what I feel I can confidently say I Love him. Love or Infatuation – I don’t care now if I really need to answer what is my feeling is but all I know is I Love him.
Things get better as August said Goodbye to us. My feeling is now set but just like any other relationship if a thing is strong then therefore a cleft will come to changed everything. The Acquaintance Party is coming in our way. The dance step is now ready to be clap. The songs are now ready. My classmates have now they’re partners. I can’t wait what will happen as September says hello to me.
The cleft is not there yet but I wish it doesn’t affect my relationship. Days passed. Acquaintance Party is coming our way I’m Happy of what I’m having now. As, Acquaintance begun the cleft now begins.
One Message Received – Unknown Recipient just number, Daniel knew about it. He was too possessive to say that I need to reply about it. I replied and I suddenly remember what Elmayie has said to me that someone get my number. Ken is his name a 3rd year student who has the same course. At first he doesn’t give any sign of being a doom to our relationship. But like what they said a cleft can bring a broke to the whole product. At first, I have no intention of meeting him because I’m on a MU relationship. But, Medtech week comes I met Ken. Daniel got jealous and become mad and blue. I don’t know what’s happening as September bid goodbye. The feeling is fading. September made me cry because of him. I don’t know what I will do. I asked almost every classmate about my problem. Last I Love you indeed. As he made a general message I Love you and Goodbye. Hey! I want an explanation. October said hello now. Ken is now the one who giving back my love from him. I wish that after all my fake Love story would not happen again. But maybe a simple closure is enough for me. I’m here waiting for Daniel to come again. To explain why after that song we lost everything.
Maybe Love is just like a song sometimes you just heard someone saying Love You So, but when Down comes maybe you’ll end up Watcha’ Say. These 3 songs are the one we danced on that day. Maybe the song was true and I am the lead character who was left alone in the dark waiting for someone to raise me up again. Wishing that Ken is the one who going to do that, I wish his the man that will save me now. . The song may be overheard by everyone. Some may like it, some may ignore it but for me I will still remember the first semester of college life as I experienced it all.
